'Musical elements, structures and resources' of baroque instrumental music are specifically targeted by the WJEC (sec MU1) in 2004. A team from WBO is in a strong position to provide practical examples in this area from all the listed composers and to provoke responses from students.
Some members of WBO are experienced teachers on the academic courses at the RWCMD and well qualified to help with the technical aspects of composition, especially where they are stylistically linked to classical tradition. Significant contributions can be made to WJEC sections MU2 (AS-level) and MU5 (A-level).
